Reverse Osmosis Membrane Specifications GE Osmonics

Our membrane has been certified by the NSF (standard 58) for the following contaminants: Arsenic V (inorganic), Barium, Cadmium, Chromium (Hexavalent), Chromium (Trivalent), Copper, Cysts, Turbidity, Fluoride, Lead, Radium 226/228, Selenium, and TDS (total dissolved solids).  Reverse osmosis will remove 80 to 90 percent of the fluoride in municipal water.**  Note: the RO membrane will NOT remove chloramines.

Part number TLC-100. Replacement Standard RO Membrane 100 gallon per day GE Osmonics (r) TLC standard membrane - for fast recovery time and high removal rates, 15 minutes per gallon at 93%. TLC-150, 10 minutes per gallon.

** Note: RO filters will waste 4 gallons of water for every gallon generated. If you have water usage restrictions, consider using one of our conventional filter systems.
